Where is the salon located?
Salon Lofts is located at 12139 Manchester Rd just east of Ballas Rd. We are in the shopping center with T.J. Maxx and Aldi.
What's the easiest way to book an appointment?
If you are a new guest, head to my New Guest Page and fill out the New Guest Form. If you are a returning client, I offer on line booking It's quick, easy, and can be done 24 hours a day at your convenience and right from your phone or computer.
I don't see an appointment that works for me. Can I get in sooner?
You'll see a place to add yourself to the waitlist through the scheduling link. I always suggest grabbing the first available appointment that works for you, but also adding yourself to the waitlist will increase your chances of getting in sooner. (Add yourself to as many days as you'd like!) I start with this list when filling openings that come available.
I can't come during regular business hours. Do you offer Monday, or weekend appointments?
Occasionally I offer appointments at these times! When filling out the contact form on the contact page in the menu, ask about a Premium Appointment and we'll see what we can make work!
Can I work or bring my laptop to my appointment?
Absolutely! I have wifi available for you and even snacks and refreshments for you to enjoy while working. Bringing headphones is always a great idea too!
Can I bring my kids with me?
Please leave kids, friends, pets, and spouses at home. I want your salon experience to be a relaxing one! While I know you love the people in your life, it's best that they stay at home while you're being pampered.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I know things come up and life happens! If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, it's important that this is done before the 24-hour window before your appointment. If an appointment is canceled within this 24-hour window, a cancellation fee will need to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. All the details are listed on my policy page.
